In my experience fitness and body awareness are essential for overall wellness.
The key is focus.

To be able to mentally experience and control the body.
Without mental focus, the movements in exercise become haphazard and less effective.

Awareness and focus:

  • Being aware of the center of energy within your body.
  • Being aware of correct posture and body alignment.
  • Being able to isolate the individual muscle group that's being worked.
  • Fitness is a mental photo using the strength of your mind.
