I specialize in fitness for women by conducting group fitness classes in the Pittsburgh area and also by giving individual home training. I am certified through A.C.E., The American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and have 25 years experience. I am also CPR certified.


My areas of expertise include:

  • Body Sculpting
Body sculpting with weights and resistance enables you to change your body composition by building more muscle fiber. This will enable you to raise your metabolism and burn more calories, even while sitting still.
  • Pilates
Pilates is a specific series of floor exercises specializing in developing your core strength and flexibility.
  • Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching is the program that I've developed.
It is designed to include all major muscle groups and consists of a specific stretches that will enable you to achieve greater levels of flexibility. It will also enhance physical performance and greatly aid in injury prevention.

My General Fitness Philosophy:


In my experience fitness and body awareness are essential for overall wellness.

Focus is the key to achieve this goal.

Without mental focus, the movements in exercise become haphazard and less effective.

Awareness and focus:

  • Being aware of the center of energy within your body.
  • Being aware of correct posture and body alignment.
  • Being able to isolate the individual muscle group that's being worked.

My best workouts are accompanied with a deep sense of gratitude for my health and well being.
